How This blog works;

This is an explanation of why some blog entries are letters to Government offices. This blog represents my small way of holding the Government responsible. It is different from voting, but legal. It doesn't always indict the office to which it is addressed. Sometimes it indicts an office worker or a campaign flunky. Sometimes it doesn't indict a person... that person may have done all that he or she can do. If no progress can be made it indicts the system. This is different from running vainly for President myself. My question for your contemplation is this: Is it a better indictment than most?
