61% of American Don't believe in Evolution (ABC news)
I believe that it is customary in the doctoral community to speak without preamble. In a legal sense we seek rational discussion. I believe it is rational to say that God is not an evil God, and question evolution. This blocks credentialing. That catch 22 impels Christians to seek open debate on the topics. Schools are sponsored by the State and therefore if one was to attempt debate, the Separation of Church and State would become an issue. Should Separation of church and State be used to silence those who question evolution? Those credentialed people who question evolution are growing old, and the movie "Expelled" which comes out in February purports to document their plight. Trailer here. As a non-credentialed person, I am wondering if this represents a legal question.
