On Hillary Clinton as a politician

Hillary Clinton came under a cloud at one time for Insider Trading. Any money she made on the stock market (in response to her husband's legal bills,) was statistically distinguishable from chance, and exceeded the ability of others so much that she was accused 'in the news somewhere' of insider trading. If she was guilty, the result commends her to our attention as a politician, because she commanded a loyalty of her followers to such an extent that they refused to speak out even after a year of investigation. This is the mark of a Politician who will likely be able to accomplish an agenda in office, not a lame duck. If she was not guilty, maybe she will do it again after any time she spends in office. The question that is most of interest under these circumstances is "What in fact will become her agenda?"
