On Government E-mail forms and John Cornyn
To prevent spam, Senators and Congressmen accept e-mail over a submission system that is separate, (mathematically discrete,) from the regular e-mail system. John Cornyn has solved the problem of lost e-mails to the government by volunteering a sort of responsibility to read such submissions. He has done so in the form of an e-mail response to the e-mail address of submission which includes the content of the submission. I guess at worst, you get your own virus back if you submit spam. I like responsible government.
