Jack: As an arm chair quarterback I'd say attack Obama by saying "Obama understands the Muslim mind." He wouldn't vote for the war, and he may be self consistent, but is that who we want leading us? As for Edwards? The poll must have asked "Who is more electable against a republican candidate." The response should be a poll. Push polling isn't hard, but I wouldn't expect substantive information to sway the public much... My mom wants to elect Huckabee b/c he has a nice smile! To be explicit, Obama can command the Muslim vote (by all accounts non-trivial) by claiming to understand the Islamic mind by virtue of his parentage. Anticipate Muslim political involvement in near future.
